Session 1: Mapping and assessing the real risks associated with falling behind on ESG
Wednesday 23 June, 14.00 – 15.00 CEST
PwC’s latest Family Business Survey (which includes 25% of respondents from FBN) indicates that family businesses are not assuming a leadership role. Yet, we are convinced that family businesses are uniquely positioned to lead this change because of their long-term perspectives.
Today the message is clear: the time to act is now for family businesses who want to continue to protect their legacy for future generations. As the need for transparency continues to accelerate, we are committed to supporting family businesses in their journey towards achieving their ESG goals.
To that effect we have designed a two-part online discussion:
- In the first session, we will give you a clear picture of the real risks associated with falling behind and how these can be practically assessed. Alfonso Libano Daurella, Vice-Chairman, Cobega S.A., will share his perspective and experiences of implementing an ambitious strategy in his own family firm.
- In the second session, we will look at practical solutions and explore the fundamentals of ESG.
