FBN in Action
Experience FBN Ireland at Work
Every year, we bring Ireland’s family business community together for the National Family Business Conference — a flagship event for connection, learning and inspiration.
The 2025 Conference, held at The Helix, featured keynote sessions from leading Irish and international family business figures, alongside expert panels exploring succession planning, governance, sustainability and innovation.
Beyond our national conference, members take part in:
• Regional chapter gatherings across Ireland
• Next-Gen leadership forums
• Peer learning workshops and family business roundtables
• Mentoring and advisory sessions
These events create trusted spaces for open, generational conversations — helping families share knowledge, navigate transitions, and sustain their legacies.
